The author explains that if we eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables every day and drink a minimum of 1.5 litres of water a day, we are absorbing plenty of wonderful liquid.
A question most frequently asked is: How much sleep do we need? Well, the author says that it depends on the individual, but she lists some helpful tips under the sheets. Like try sleeping on your back with a good pillow; puffiness around the eyes is greatly reduced, as there is no obstruction to lymph drainage from the face.
