It doesn’t cost a thing and it makes everybody feel good! Whether you live alone, with kids or a partner, make sure you tell them one or two things that you love about them. The best time for this is anytime of course, or morning and evening, before or after bedtime, EVERY DAY. If you are alone, find a mirror: say it but make sure you mean it! We are always too busy criticising ourselves and others, which sets the tone for heavy and negative energy. Think about all the things you disapprove of yourself and other just for a second… see what I mean?!
If you practice this even for a few weeks, you will start to see that you feel a lot better. Your children and/or partner too! Encourage them to do the same with you. This is simple, free and it really does make a difference. See you next month! With best wishes & gratitude
