MAKE UP YOUR MIND!
If you want to lose weight, or get into your ideal shape, or simply feel physically lighter, make up your mind FIRST. We live in a vibrational dimension where all things are possible once they are thought of first. Anything you see or feel was in thought-form first… So decide what you want, write it down and relax about it. As you already know, diets don’t work and are in fact life-threatening as your body has to cope with extraneous adjustments.
So here is the plan
1. Be grateful for the body you have at present, however it looks to you, because regardless of what you have done to it, it is still serving you!
2. Write down your goal.
3. You may find the following saying useful: ‘I completely trust in my inner guidance to transform into the healthier me. I trust that, as my mind is fully made up, my feelings match that and I simply do not feel drawn to anything other than what benefits me and my health’.
Ideas for exercises, movements and other health enhancing benefits will reveal themselves to you as inspiration and you will really want to do them.
A few months down the line, as you appreciate what you see in the mirror, you’ll just remember that you had a wish for better health. And when you try to think how you got here, you will realise that all you did was having fun doing things you enjoyed, eating beautiful food, basically enjoying your life even more! WOW, life is good and you are loving YOU!
